codepage is a collaborate electronic music project by Tina Mariane Krogh Madsen and Malte Steiner, using live coding as a tool to develop and explore rhythmical industrial music. Complex sonic cycles are weaved together through the synchronization of the two performers, where rhythmic structures are built up via composed as well as improvised interaction.
Tina Mariane Krogh Madsen (DK/DE) is an artist researcher, working in the intersection between performance art, media and sound. Malte Steiner (DE) is a media artist, electronic musician and composer, developing his own vision of the interdisciplinary Gesamtkunstwerk. Together Madsen and Steiner create interdisciplinary art and sound projects, e.g. codepage and the experimental industrial noise duo TMS.
